Here is the recipe for a delicious mustard sauce that fits in perfectly cured salmon. Remember to let the sauce mature for a few hours before serving.

Number of: 6-8 servings

2 tablespoons Swedish mustard

1 tbsp dark French mustard

3 tablespoons granulated sugar

juice of 1⁄2 lemon

1 tbsp red wine vinegar

1 tablespoon Kikkoman soy sauce

Some splash worcestersås

1 1⁄2 cup canola kralbet oil

1 tbsp water

1 bunch of dill

Salt and pepper

follow these steps:

Stir together all the ingredients except the dill. Stir until the sugar has dissolved properly. Getting the sauce too thick, so dilute with a little water.

Cut the dill finely and stir it into the sauce. Set the sauce cold to mature a few hours.

season to Taste with salt and pepper before serving.
