the New negotiations, new attempts, new elections or a referendum?

Here are five ways on – or rather six – if the uk government loses Tuesday’s parliamentary vote on the brexit.

New negotiations?

Already on Thursday meet prime minister Theresa May, his colleagues in the EU at the last summit in Brussels. If parliament has previously voted down utträdelseavtalet can May possibly ask other EU leaders to resume negotiations or to negotiate on certain parts. If everyone says yes, and the negotiation period be extended to after the 29 march 2019.

try Again?

After a nedröstning the government must according to the rules within 21 days to tell you how you now intend to act. An option for May is to try to bring forward essentially the same proposal for a new vote, especially if it was a fairly narrow loss in the vote.

Election?

the Prime minister could call an early presidential election in the hope of gathering support for its line. Even if she herself won a lot of sympathy on the part of many britons, however, few who seems to like her utträdelseavtal. And the result may very well be that the Labour party instead of taking over the government.

New referendum?

Time the time is not really a new referendum with before exit 29 march. The pressure from the stay-page is, however, great – and in the uk the government is reported to have funderats on a solution where the residents get to choose between Mays utträdelseavtal or to remain in the EU.

No deal?

Theresa May has repeatedly stated that the option to her contract is that the Uk leaves the EU without a contract at all, with the risk of serious economic consequences. It will not be able to occur without continued major battles in parliament. And about May lose very large – with up to 200 votes – to believe that she either resign or be forced matadorbet giriş to resign through a vote of confidence in the party. In that case there is hardly anyone who knows where the road leads in the future.
