The man in Charge who was shot in the leg by police in the middle of november prosecuted for attempted hijacking and four cases of threats against the officer, reports the P4 Kronoberg.
The 28-year-old man appeared confused and threatening at the train station in the city. He should have threatened to take our money with any kind of implements and knivhotat the police officers who snatched out.
He turned then in to a nearby local, and refused to come out. According to the police description arose then a situation in connection with the negotiation with the man which led to him being shot in the leg.
Special prosecution office has decided that the police who shot him did not commit any misconduct.
the Prosecutor urges that the man be deported.
