Rossignol Norway AS – among other things, engaged in the sale and marketing of sporting goods and sportsbekledning – almost doubled its turnover in 2017/2018 (different financial year; 01.04.2017 – 31.03.2018 journ anm.). The company had a turnover in the period on 22,11 million, against 12,88 million in 2016/2017.
In less than a doubling did also the costs, which ended on 21,69 million, against 12,73 million.
operating profit for the Norwegian part of the French sportsmerket amounted to 411.669 million in the fiscal year, against 145.909 million in 2016/2017.
the Result after tax ended at 119.728 money, against 69.626 money.
Opened on Aker Brygge
In October 2017 opened the company’s largest konseptbutikk at Aker Brygge in Oslo.
Rossignol has a twice as large turnover in Norway as in Sweden, and then it will be natural to open here. Purchased by Midthjell
In the end of December 2017 bought Rossignol Norway AS all of the shares in Hilde Midthjells Dale of Norway, i.e. after the balance sheet date. Mallorca wrote then that Midthjell probably got around 250 million for the sale.
The numbers displayed according to the newspaper that Midthjell, via its investment company Himi Invest, got a net win on the 166 million of sales. Gross she got, however, around 243 million for the sale.
Midthjell continued as general manager after the sale, but in march took Kari-Anne Gabrielsen over the helm.
From 2015 to 2016 was the growth in turnover in Dale of Norway at 11 per cent. In the last year increased turnover by 14 per cent and ended at 132,1 million.
the operating margin increased from 6.3 per cent in 2014 to 21 per cent in 2017.
