Fresh every day, Important day for the bow or have trouble getting up? Then this savoury egg with spinach, you lifesaver. And, because the largest part of the preparation in the oven is done, you can feel free with a sleepy brain to prepare it. What do you need? (for 4 persons)

4 organic eggs
1 bio onion, fijngesnipperd
350 g spinach
400 ml bio passata
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp nutmeg
200 g ham, in strips
2 el bio chives, finely chopped
bio olive oil
1/2 olijvenciabatta
salt and pepper

this is how you make it:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Fry the onion until transparent in olive oil. Add the spinach in parts, and shrink. Season with the nutmeg, pepper and salt.
2. Stir in the passata loose with the paprika, the cayenne pepper and the salt. Mix with the onion-spinach mixture on bottom. Spread the mixture over the 4 bowls. In the middle of each dish is a hollow and break the egg in. Divide the sliced ham over and put the bowls for 15 minutes in the oven.
3. Finish with the chives and give you some slices of ciabatta.
