Italy has, for years, screamed on more children and more families in the skate.

The great emigration and the low birth rate has been an Italian municipality to take action. The mayor of the municipality of Locana, Giovanni Bruno Mattiet, has promised new families a cash reward of 60,000 dollars over a few years.

The only thing it requires is that you have at least one child and a minimum annual income of 40,000 dollars.

Locana is situated in the beautiful mountainous region of Piedmont in northern Italy near the border to both France and Switzerland.
