It was fortunately not anyone who did. Unfortunately, that was not thrown so many mental or comic bombs, it really overturned anything. Or it did there might. We have just heard most of them before. Most of all it had the feel of attending a sermon for the already initiated.
The 38-year-old Sanne Søndergaards seventh solo show had been given the title ‘Kontroltaber’, and has been launched as an attempt to examine the difficult art both to be control freak and at the same time, check in between to have the courage to let go of control. But as the comedy show it was – especially in the first half – for one-stop and stridently to be really successful. It was also quite telling for the session as a whole, to Søndergaards jokes down in the chamber were most often met with a consenting yes than genuine laughter.
