A door in to the property was blown apart but no one was injured and none of the residents needed to be evacuated. The area around the house is cordoned off and the police have begun a technical examination of the scene of the crime. the Explosion is the latest in a series of firings and explosions in the town of Värnamo, during the month of January. An explosive device detonated under a car a couple of days after the new year and has since been followed by several firings and blasts.
Just three days ago, detonated a charge outside a house south of Värnamo. The incidents are believed to be linked to a conflict between criminal gangs. Several people are in custody after one of the shootings.
