What follows on the announcement by Germany, from “Sophia” to withdraw? The EU, a clear concept is missing, in order to keep their Mediterranean Mission alive. However, it depends primarily on Italy.
Brussels wants yet is unable to identify the German retreat from the Navy’s Mission, “Sophia” in the Mediterranean sea. EU migration Commissioner Dimitris formulated Avramopoulos:
“Germany will continue to be. There are no indications that this should change in the future.”
2015 European naval ships, helicopters and planes in the Mediterranean are in use, especially against the criminal gangs, the refugees from Libya to Europe. In addition, the use against the Oil – and weapons-smuggling in the European Union.
