Lady Gaga and Metallica?
Immediately a distinctive constellation, but nevertheless, popidolet and metalbandet on stage together during Sunday’s Grammy show in Los Angeles.
Lady Gaga says in a interview with Apple Music, that the idea for the unconventional collaboration came about when she met Lars Ulrich at the home of actor Bradley Cooper:
– He is fantastic, says Lady Gaga on the Danish drummer.
And newyorkeren are generally impressed by Metallica:
– I saw them live, I have seen them a few times, but I saw them recently… We stood and watched the show, and I’m telling you, the guys play better than they have done in their entire life.
Lady Gaga has previously spoken out in favour of another legendary metal band, Iron Maiden.
It is not yet published, which number she should sing with Metallica on the Sunday.
Metallica play tonight the third of four sold-out concerts in the Royal Arena, as Lady Gaga occupies 21. October.
