Like in 2018 is 42 Russian atletikudøvere been cleared by The International Atletikforbund (IAAF) to be able to participate in international competitions in 2019.

Among the 42 performers are Sergey Shubenkov, who is a former world champion in the 110 metres of hedge, as well as Maria Lasitskene, who has won the last two world championships in the high jump.
