Pies and tarts

Specialty of the house? Everything for the coffee. That goes from lot to cakes, the apple pie in the shape of a rose, an absolute topper. Also, the cassis-raspberry goes smoothly over the counter. That is a fruity bavaroismousse with cassis and raspberries. “The focus is on the pastry, because this is totally my thing is,” says Yoran Quaghebeur. “But we also sell bread, sandwiches, and butter cakes. Everything is home-made. I watch over the quality. There are no chemical improvers added to your products.”
