Per Brændgaard is a known face in the media, where he gives good advice on diet and health as a nutritionist, author and krammeterapeut.
And it is precisely in his work as a krammeterapeut, that he has now been indicted for the rape of a woman, as he had in therapy at his address in the us.
According to the indictment he acquired sexual intercourse and other sexual relation than intercourse with a woman under the pretence that they should have a krammeterapi-session 31. may of last year from about at 20 to 22.20.
He should of the court 25. January.
According to the indictment utilized the 47-year-old therapist the situation by first taking the woman’s hand and put it on his penis and place it again and holding on to the hand, as she removed his hand, then he pulled out of his pants so that his penis was visible to the woman.
He is also accused of asking her to lie in bed with him under the pretence that they were to cuddle, then he cuddled in her g-string and pretended to heal, during which he suddenly thrust a finger up into the woman’s vagina without her knowledge or consent.
Finally he said, according to the indictment to the complainant, that ‘she could ’try to poke * this I tell ya check’, after which he fetched a condom, which he put on his penis, sat on his knees and made vaginal intercourse with the woman, which the accused persons got release.
It appears by the indictment, that the woman said at one time to push the accused away, as she repeatedly expressed, that he exceeded her limits, that she did not want to be with him sexually, and that it hurt or the like.
The prosecutor, Kristoffer Gammelgaard Petersen, from Advokatur for Personfarlig Crime in the Police report that the police got the notification 4. June last year, four days after the incident.
He says that the accused has been remanded in custody in the course of the case.
– It has in this case been required to request to detain him, says the prosecutor.
He does not want to tell the age of the victim, or how long she, according to the prosecution’s view, has been a client with him with regard to that it is the private information of the forurettedes personal circumstances.
Per Brændgaard refuses guilty and says that it was voluntary sex, which the woman even showed up at home with him in private.
– The next, I belong to her, is that she will report me for rape. I was completely in shock, he says, and continues:
– I feel almost like it is me, who has been raped. Partly purely sexual, but also figuratively through such a review afterwards. I am simply so angry. And I’m also angry at the police over, they can start a case on this basis, he says.
Per Brændgaard rejects, likewise, that he has been the woman’s therapist, as evidenced by the indictment.
– She has never, ever been my krammeklient. We have never ever had a therapist/client relationship, he says.
He has, on the recommendation of his lawyer not given an explanation to the police along the way in the investigation, because, according to his attorney would be used against him, regardless of what he said.
– At the time I had just watched the Netflix series ’Making a murderer’. And then I thought ’oh my fucking good, it is here the making of rapist’ again. And in advance I have some political views and to criticise the system, he says.

I really hope that I can get the opportunity to look her in the eyes, because the accusation must not be allowed to get away with without seeing the prosecutor in the eye, says Per Brændgaard, who expects to be acquitted and then will consider to sue the woman.
