the Copenhagen city Court authorised Friday that the Academic Council in 2017 deprived Milena Penkowa her doctorate.

the Academic Council believes that if the university back in 2006, had known for fraudulence, then had Penkowa never been allowed to submit a new dissertation. And, therefore, took the degree from her.
