Several local bans have been in California, but with the new law, it applies in the whole state of that pet stores may only sell pets that are without a home, or comes from any animal rights group. the Law, however, does not stop for these relatively unregulated activities, but pet stores that sell dogs, cats or rabbits on from them are liable $ 500 per animal fine. The New York Times reports that states like Washington, New York and New Jersey have similar laws on time, and to 250 cities and towns throughout the united states already has it.
