It may look like it is the Eastern regions which get the best weather on christmas eve. According to the Norwegian Meteorological institute will the south Eastern part lie in the le and it will mostly be staying in the region.

– It should be freezing temperatures until christmas eve, so where it is white now it will probably stay that way. From christmas eve of going into slightly warmer air, so the temperature may be around zero, tells the on-duty meteorologist Hanne Beate Skattør to NTB.

She says that in addition to Win it will also be stay and nice weather in Finnmark

Snow in the south

the South coast has been hit by large amounts of snow the last few days. Friday was Sørlandsbanen closed for many hours due to snøtunge trees that lay above the catenary.
