CDU General Secretary Stefan Evers wants to take court action against the refusal of a request for inspection of files in the case of the people’s desire for more video surveillance. He announced on Thursday. Evers had requested access to the file at the end of October. The internal administration had ignored the request initially, then deported, and finally, last week rejected, says Evers. However, he wants to complain now before the constitutional court of the state of Berlin.
