Leuven Mayor Louis Tobback (sp.a) took just retired from the Leuven city council in the last session of this legislature. He did this in a remarkable way, and let out the humorist in you just float. Tobback feigned a fainting and was replaced by Christiane Vanautgaerden-Vanneck of CD&V. She is on the Louis Tobback (80) after the oldest member of the Leuven city council.
