Gistel In Gistel is a postman around 10 am on the nick of time to escape from a dive with her post car in the Moerdijkvaart.
The Vaartdijkstraat was very slippery. In a bend about a hundred metres from the Dullaertweg started the post car to slip. Luckily for the car driver kept the car stuck on the grass verge next to the canal. A passing car driver stopped for the woman to help through the passenger side of the car to creep. Then came a colleague the unfortunate postman to retrieve, and was there a breakdown service notified. The mail van ran ultimately little damage.
