” I have lived in Stockholm for a year. Before that, I lived in Värmland where I had a villa and drove to a theater and my children lived at home. They have moved from home now. So if I would perform at the North Well where you stand on the stage in 30 to 40 minutes so I was away from home about 30 hours, with a total of 8 to 9 hours by train back and forth. When did I not really with myself. Now I live here in town and got a little bit closer to everything.

– It becomes a relay where you pull 10 minutes each. When running soloföreställningar in 90 minutes, one builds the dramaturgy and makes the long build-up. Now, it becomes rather like to be a chef and have heard that the king comes in. He stops in two minutes, what would you serve him? You then have to think about their very best. There will be some competition also when it is the relay, no one wants to do the worst route, ” says Kristoffer Appelquist.
