Legally stop for the new facility it continues to use
Plans to build a facility it continues to use on the Blasieholmen peninsula in Stockholm have reached the end of the road. The land and environmental court has dropped the case of the center’s plan, writes the daily News.
the Court had previously announced appeal, since land – and the court’s decision to annul the detailed development plan are appealed by the city of Stockholm.
The higher the indication, which cannot be appealed, comes after the new political authorities in Stockholm have withdrawn the appeal. Land and court judgment are thus fixed.
