US President Donald Trump has threatened in a dispute over the financing of a border wall to Mexico with a government still.
“If we have no border security, we will close the government,” he said in the White house to the political group leaders of the Democrats in the Senate and in the house of representatives, Chuck Schumer and Nancy Pelosi. “I’m proud of, the government for border security.”
Trump was referring to a budget freeze, which leads to the closure of Federal authorities – a so-called Shutdown.
