TOPS

Without being particularly brilliant, the Le Havre goalkeeper showed himself in every situation. Very present in the first 10 minutes, he annihilated all Lensoise attempts. He threw himself at the feet of Elye Wahi in his two face-to-face matches (9th and 50th). Well placed, he easily captured Pereira Da Costa’s long shot at the end of the first period. Vigilant on his line, he unfortunately anticipated too much Frankowski’s missed cross which lobbed him and opened the scoring.

Failing to be brilliant on his crosses and in his dribbling, the full-back tried for a long time, provoked, found Elye Wahi in the right spaces on his left side. Did he want to lob Desmas on the opener or was he looking for Florian Sotoca’s header? No matter, it was his attempt that put the Lensois on the right track.

FLOPS

Little worried like all his defense in this match, the northern defender allowed Le Havre to get back into the match, in less than three minutes. Firstly by conceding a dangerous free kick (73′) which ended in a mess in the area, then by offering a penalty to the visitors (75′). The fault is severe, as Aguilar barely seems to touch Emmanuel Sabbi. However, this action costs Lensois two precious points.

In 20 minutes of play, the striker could have opened the scoring on many occasions but his match was a reflection of his last performances. He missed his two face-to-face matches (9th and 50th) in which he was offside both times. His magnificent scissor (11th) unfortunately fails on the crossbar. Replaced by Wesley Saïd, this match will not help him get back on track, he who has been losing confidence for several weeks.
