The French volleyball team, reigning Olympic champion, clearly beat the Netherlands (3-0: 25-19, 25-17, 25-18) on Saturday in Orléans, for its first friendly match before starting the League of Nations which should launch it towards the Paris Olympics.

The Blues, who started with their typical team, also won the additional set (25-21) that the two managers decided to play, where coach Andrea Giani rotated.

They will attack the League of Nations on Tuesday against Bulgaria in Antalya (Türkiye).
