We now know the referees who will officiate during the Champions Cup and Challenges Cup finals on May 24 and 25. The clash between the Irish from Leinster and the French from Stade Toulouse in the final of the Champions Cup (May 25, 3:45 p.m.) will be refereed by Englishman Matthew Carley. He will be assisted by the Englishman Karl Dickson and the Italian Andrea Piardi on the keys. The video referee will also be English, it will be Ian Tempest.

As for the Challenge Cup, it is a quartet which will contain three French people who will referee the match between Gloucester and the Sharks. The final between the English and South African clubs will in fact be refereed by Mathieu Raynal. The one who is considered the best French referee will say goodbye to refereeing at the end of the season. He will be surrounded for this meeting by the Frenchman Pierre Brousset and the Irishman Andy Brace. Frenchman Eric Gauzins will be in charge of video refereeing.
