Sweden’s Sarah Sjöström won the 50m butterfly final at the Worlds in Fukuoka (Japan) on Saturday, winning her fifth title in the discipline, while France’s Mélanie Henique took 8th place.

With a time of 24 sec 77/100, the 29-year-old swimmer is ahead of Chinese Zhang Yufei and American Gretchen Walsh.

Sjöström won his first world title at the Rome Worlds in 2009, in the 100m butterfly.

Frenchwoman Mélanie Henique ranked 8th in the final in 25 sec 80/100.
