Esteban Ocon (FRA / Alpine), after his retirement from the British Grand Prix at Silverstone on Sunday:
“It wasn’t our weekend as our race today showed. We had a good start, but it quickly ended with a hydraulic leak on the car. As a team, we didn’t score any points, which is extremely disappointing. We have to pull ourselves together and react, especially since some of our competitors have taken a leap forward in the last two races. Overall, we probably didn’t maximize the car’s potential this weekend, so there’s a lot to analyze to come back stronger. Budapest is waiting for us, it’s one of my favorite circuits and I have great memories there, so hopefully we’ll bounce back there with a solid result.”
