The big flea market is open. This is what the daily L’Equipe reports, our colleagues offering an update on the departures desired by Paris Saint-Germain this summer. Several players returning from loan are mentioned, including Keylor Navas, Julian Draxler, Layvin Kurzawa, Leo Paredes, Abdou Diallo and Gini Wijnaldum. Ditto for Mauro Icardi, with discussions already underway between the club in the French capital and Galatasaray, where the Argentinian recovered his health during the past season. Paris could recover ten million euros in this case. Among the potential starters, L’Equipe also cites Juan Bernat, the titi El Chadaille Bitshiabu and Thimothée Pembélé, the latter having two options: “an extension with an immediate loan or a dry sale”.

And there is the case of Hugo Ekitike, author of a season to forget and who saw his €36 million purchase option automatically lifted this summer. This does not mean that he will stay in Paris. “The ex-Rémois was told that his short-term future was written elsewhere”, we explain, specifying that there is no offer (yet?). Obviously, Kylian Mbappé could join the list of starters, but that’s another story… In the meantime, the French champions have formalized the arrival of Kang-in Lee, fourth summer recruit after Milan Skriniar, Marco Asensio and Manuel Ugarte. To be continued, Lucas Hernandez.
