The past few years have been marked by multiple crises. This has also left its mark on the labor market. The establishment of the home office on the one hand, but also the constant presence of external threats, high inflation and the wider availability of jobs, triggered by the general labor shortage, have led to changes in the behavior patterns and requirements of employees. Market researchers have now established this in a new study. For this purpose, 10,000 company representatives from 139 countries worldwide were surveyed, including 1,500 executives. WELT evaluated the results exclusively.
