Stade Toulousain may have to do without its center Santiago Chocobares for the Champions Cup final on May 25 against Leinster. The EPCR received a complaint against the Toulouse substitute following the semi-final against Harlequins at the Stadium on Sunday May 5.

Chocobares is alleged to have dangerously tackled Harlequins centre-half Luke Northmore in the 74th minute of the match, in breach of Law 9.13.

A player must not tackle an opponent in anticipation, delay or in a dangerous manner indicates this rule. Sanctions for foul play in violation of the rules have several entry points: low level: 2 weeks; medium degree: 6 weeks; higher degree: 10 to 52 weeks.
