A ban on smoking in outdoor cafés hammer
the Parliament has now adopted the government’s proposal to ban smoking in some public outdoor spaces. Including the open-air cafes, playgrounds, bus shelters and train platforms. It also applies to electronic cigarettes.
the Decision also means that there shall be required a permit to sell tobacco products. The new law will enter into force on 1 July 2019.
