Externally, the Confederation of A-box thanks to the whistleblower Lars Kreutzmann to reveal, among other things bipartisan, expensive wine festivals and a committee member in the Confederation of A-box.
But now it turns out that the A-box have reported him to the Danish data protection agency to have been given the information to come to light. It shows the documents, which Radio24syv has gained an insight into.
As A cashier notified 2. november the whistleblower to the Danish data protection agency for ‘data breaches’ to have obtained ‘unintentional access’ to the e-mail on a personal computer or server.
There is also that which must have occurred ‘inadvertent disclosure’ of these e-mails. The events are not fleshed out further in the documents, since large parts are underlined.
Anders Kjaergaard, vice-president of the whistleblowerorganisationen Veron, believes that it is problematic that a cashier has signed the whistleblower to the Danish data protection agency.
– It is a pretty serious matter to report a whistleblower to the Danish data protection agency, because he has obtained access to the evidence, which proves the illegality, and subsequently have had quite big consequences, ” says Anders Kjærgaard.
In connection with the dismissal of the whistleblower Lars Kreutzmann sent a head of department in Confederation of A-box emails out to a handful of members, where it says that Lars Kreutzmann has been sent home, because he has committed illegal acts. The head writes in the email:
’the Board has decided to dismiss the whistleblower and we have been assured that it has nothing with his great efforts to uncover the circumstances of the executive board. But along the way he also committed some actions that are illegal.’
These e-mails pulled the head, however, subsequently, as the new chairman of the board, Thomas Damkjær Petersen, endorsed.
”I have no knowledge that the whistleblower has done any illegal things. Fortunately, it turned out to be a wrong email that had gone off, so I have no knowledge that the whistleblower has made anything illegal,” said the chairman of the board earlier this month to Radio24syv, where he also said that the a-box, ”of course” owed Lars Kreutzmann a big thank you.
Thomas Damkjær Petersen also said that there would be ’transparency’ and ’transparency’ into a box. The opinion amazes Anders Kjærgaard.
– It seems to that the new board has a very, very difficult to find out what transparency really is, he says.
the Danish data protection agency will provide to Radio24syv, that they have gone ahead with the case. Thomas Damkjær Petersen will not have to make up to the interview with Radio24syv.
the Extra Leaf has been in contact with Lars Kreutzmann, but he does not have any comments.
