Those who have geböllert as children, seem to believe that you need to do as adults. I had already escaped always afraid of firecrackers, and I’m many years as other Berlin before new year’s eve out of town. Since two years I’m celebrating again here. Why does Berlin so hard against Böllerei and the Burning of fireworks?
Legally, it is not difficult. Politically, there are discussions. The car, the flesh and the firecrackers are some of the concept of freedom. If you want to answer the phone, respond to a lot of sensitive. The security and peaceful Coexistence must be the Prime objective. We need at least zones in which to Böllerei must be omitted. I, myself, live at the Görlitzer Park with the children’s farm. Several times I woke up in the new year’s eve night, because of violent explosions outside. What is actually with the animals there? What can govern the country?
There is a parliamentary request of the red-red-green coalition, the pounding limit. We were just discussing. A fireworks ban across the districts does not go far enough. We need a country of their own control. According to Clause 24, paragraph 2 of the explosives regulation authorities can control exactly when, where, and whether pyrotechnics burned down. After evaluation of the incidents on new year’s eve 2018 should be shown as the first step in zones where there were many Attacks on rescue workers.
The aggression toward helpers was new year’s eve unchanged. 49 Attacks, including 33 with pyrotechnics, gave it this year. How should we react?
The prohibition of pyrotechnics will lead to an enormous amount of peace. The cities such as Hannover show. The attack with fireworks at people is a criminal offence. Such attacks, I condemn in the strongest possible terms. The border of the peaceful celebration has been exceeded so far. When we civil war have similar situations on the roads, we need to ban the use of certain pyrotechnics. We have for this year, the good intent, that next new year’s eve is a safe, secure and peaceful.
