Jesper Lautrup Nielsen is in a fierce battle with Pandora. This summer will be an arbitration to determine whether the company owes him over one billion dollars.

the Case against Pandora is about an “earn-out”clause, where Jesper Nielsen should receive a share of the profits from the Pandora’s subsidiary Pandora CWE.
He believes, however, that Pandora has hidden the profits and thus cheated him of over a billion dollars.
It ended up in arbitration, which will be decided this summer. On Facebook writes Jesper Nielsen, that he is waiting for a payment from the Pandora and Pandora’s owners of between 1018 and 2612 million.
According to the same lookup type Jesper Nielsen, that he has sold nine percent of a payment to the six acquaintances.
And that he now put one percent to sales by 400 units to 10,000 dollars per piece. If Jesper Nielsen get 1018 million Danish kroner, the share will have a value of 25.450 crowns. A share gives at the same time, VIP tickets to the party in the Royal Arena.
– All the cases has cost a lot of money in accountants and lawyers. So I had some old friends who helped by buying shares of “earn-out”payment.
– I could also have sold the last one percent to one of them, but I think this is more fun. Although my accountants probably was a little tired of it.
– It is such a Kasi-way to do it. And we have not had enough Kasi-lir at the last, says Jesper Nielsen.
He says further, that the party must be seen as a repayment for bankruptcy in håndboldklubben AGK. A number of tax cases, as Jesper Nielsen went on to win, made him unable to keep his hand under the club.
Jesper Nielsen rejects that there should be a party to mock Pandora, if he wins. But say, however, that he hopes “the river in the hair”.
