The 19-year-old David Aguilar from Andorra is from his childhood love of Lego. Not only to castles and spaceships to build, but also to his own prosthetic arm to throw. In ten years time, he has designed four models, each prosthesis is still slightly better than the previous. “Lego helped me to my childhood dream to realize: two hands,” he explains.

It was a simple construction with a strap around his neck at his place was held, but for David it was a personal victory. “As a child I was very nervous to be with other boys because I was different”, it sounds. “I wanted to give myself in the mirror as I other boys saw with two hands.”
