Science & Planet Documentary David Attenborough knows that he is at the age of 92 only a few years to go, but wants to do everything to save our planet. In an interview with The Guardian, he explains: “My generation is not a good example. If we do not bet together with young people, it is done”.
Recently, Attenborough still the BBC documentary “Climate Change – The Facts”, that has already been viewed by more than 3 million people. In the docu it is called up to the major actions in the next 10 years, to the consequences of climate change as small as possible.

“I find it hard to think about what will happen if I am,” says Attenborough. “The prediction is not as good.” He finds strength and hope in the younger generations. “Young people have not the experience, they have a fresh look. They see perhaps a lot more then that for a much longer time on earth to roam. My generation is really not a good example. We have terrible things done.”
The director is on a high age, but he goes along with his time. In collaboration with Netflix, he made just the documentary ‘Our Planet’, which viewers want to understand what climate change can destroy. “At this time, we have to deal with the biggest threat in the last few thousand years. Climate change. With the speed at which that happens now, we risk a grim future,” says Attenborough. “What we do now and the next few years, it will be a future heavy influence. There is still hope.”
