Reply to Berit Bornecrantz Dias, who wrote a letter to the editor of the DN Opinion (march 29) about daylight saving time and standard time is:

Lots of people travel frequently between the continent and the Uk. Lots of swedes and finns travel frequently between Stockholm and Helsinki, both in work and at leisure.

these people get a lot of mental and bodily complaints. I myself live in the west of Sweden. The difference between, for example, Stockholm and Gothenburg in the winter, I definitely prefer the west coast, with a good half hour longer light in the afternoon.

That the sun rises somewhat earlier in Stockholm is rather meaningless. It is still dark when you wake up.

get set on the clock, so I prefer daylight savings time year round. This is a pseudodiskussion.
