I agree with the submitter on the DN Review of Alexander Falk Hermansson: there are many people who exercise in the wrong way. Myself, I fill nearly 70 years and started at the gym last winter. It struck me that it looks as if many where is självplågare.

I have been doing yoga for 30 years and wanted to complement it with strengthening of my muscles now when I see of the aging process. I don’t mind the look.

I take with me the experience of yoga and resting after each step. Afterwards at home, I try to djupvila on a soft carpet.

I take the time on me to feel how all the muscles and warms nice and slips into rest. It will not sleep, but is similar to a ”power nap”.

When I after about 20 minutes slides up, I feel sometimes completely wonderful as well: ‘ve cleared your head and feel comfortable in the body.

not to take advantage of the hard work they have done in the gym. So I will continue with it as long as I can go.

Thus, the scrap, not the gym, but do it the right way.
