the COURT OF FREDERIKSBERG (Ekstra Bladet): A 35-year-old man was on Tuesday morning made in grundlovsforhør in the case of the killing of the 31-year-old former gang leader and radio host Nedim Yasar at Hejrevej, Copenhagen.
The 35-year-old man is charged with manslaughter by 19. november last year in concert and by prior arrangement and planning with the other three to have killed Nedim Yasar with two shots in the head.
It is two of the other accused persons who are suspected of being behind the killing.
He refuses the guilty.
The accused seemed good-humoured, when he came into the court, where sat the two friends on tilhørerbænkene.
When the judge asked if it could fit, that he had been arrested at 12.35, he said:
– I think It fits very well. I didn’t get the time to know.
The accused was wearing a gray sweatshirt and dark pants and had a clear tattoo.
He has asked to get a lawyer Ulrik Sjølin as a defender, but was today represented by Rune Pedersen, who indicated that his client was willing to testify.

the Prosecutor had a request in open court; with reference to the case of a homicide under investigation, where he would come check on both mistankegrundlaget and the forward-looking exploration.

The 31-year-old Nedim Yasar was shot while he was on the evening of 19. november sat in his car at Hejrevej in Copenhagen’s Northwest district after a reception for his book ’Roots’.
the Book, which is about his past as a gang leader, co-written with journalist and author Marie Louise Toksvig.
