Four indicted for aggravated rape
the Four men are being prosecuted for aggravated rape against a girl in a smaller town north of Gothenburg for one night in september.
– There is a movie showing a part of the abuse, ” said prosecutor Hanna Rajamäe to Göteborgs-Posten.
The suspected rape took place in an apartment that one of the men had. The four now accused was there when the girl came there. She had had contact with one of them on social media.
the Men are accused of having carried out sexual intercourse and other sexual acts with the girl, against her will. According to the prosecutor struck the men the girl and held her. The girl was afraid, and had no possibility to get home during the night.
The four defendants deny the crime.
