the Rats were found at a fence that surrounds a fængselsafsnit, which was already plagued by bad behaviour among the prisoners.
According to the british justitsministerie is the rats have been thrown over the fence by criminals outside the prison, in agreement with the prisoners on the ward.
the Discovery shows how extraordinarily far criminals will go to smuggle drugs into the prisons, and it underscores why our work to improve safety is so important. Drugs and mobile phones into prisons put prisoners, prison officers and the public in danger, says the british fængselsminister, Rory Stewart, according to The Guardian.
Previously the same method was used on among other things, tennis balls and dead pigeons.
