– 40 years is a long time and it is absolutely amazing that we, as a band and our music has managed to touch on several generations of scandinavians. I’m fortunate to have been given to play with Sweden’s best pop band, ” says frontman Per Gessle in a press release.
Avskedsturnén includes 17 concerts in Sweden and will start in the band’s hometown of Halmstad, 4 July. During the year, the Golden Times also to give out its seventh and final studio album, recorded in France.
