Habeck only just meets the CO₂ target. Does he have to draw the nuclear joker soon?

According to emission data presented by Dirk Messner, President of the Federal Environment Agency on Wednesday, the energy industry emitted 256 million tons of CO2 last year. Permitted under the Climate Protection Act were 257 million tons. An immediate program in the energy sector is therefore not necessary. At least for now.
