Ypres In the Brugstraat in Boezinge has Monday night a very heavy fire raged in deep-fry The Guild. The chip shop with rear bar is completely in the ashes. The cause of the heavy fire is still unknown.
“When we arrived, beat the flames were already through the roof,” says gen Rik Vandekerckhove of the hulpverleningszone Westhoek. “We managed to get the fire to reduce to the affected building, but at a given moment on the roof down through the damage the flames caused.”
