‘It has damn well EVERYTHING with Islam to do, you idiot. You know NOTHING!’

Since Thursday, it has boiled over in the commentary track on a spread, which is authored by The People’s Jens Rohde. The lookup is all about the recent terrorist attack on a christmas market in Strasbourg, where 12 were wounded and four killed:

‘So was attentatmanden from Strasbourg, thankfully, put out of the game. Unfortunately, with death to follow. He should have been publicly accountable for its actions, and there have been many through the years. That he even was on the loose, is a scandal. And it has nothing with Islam to do’, writes the politician on his Facebookvæg.

And it is the last sentence, as Facebook users settle on. They understand namely not how Jens Rohde can claim that it has nothing with Islam to do.

‘I just think that his 17 convictions since he was ten years does not in any way related to Islam. It is a fact. One need not even discuss the political, that is, if you acknowledge the separation of powers. And so I recognise not intended as a holy war. It is the world’s biggest lie, which maintains people in strife. Longer is not’, writes Jens Rohde.

He adds, among other things, in a follow-up message to the offender for the Jens Rohde is nothing more than a common murderer.

‘It is not Islam that destroyed the boy in his time. Stop with the idea of holy war. I agree it is not. I insist on peace and understanding between christianity and Islam. Everything else leads only to suffering with care’, concludes the Radical politician.
