After coronapandemien has hit our small country, being the summer holidays for many, many of them held here in years.

Therefore extends TV2 their ‘Go’ tonight live’program over the summer season with særudgaven ‘Go’ tonight live – summer in Denmark’ from Monday the 29. June and five weeks.

Christian Degn, Petra Nagel and Lene Beier travel around in the summer of Denmark and the visit of well-known personalities in television, film, music, culture and sport.

For Lene Beier is the first time, she should be host of the Go’-regiet.

– I was absolutely flabbergasted when I was asked. I can’t imagine anything I’d rather, than to travel around the country and talk to interesting people.

– There is always a nerve when you’re doing live tv, because everything is, in principle, can occur suddenly – one can be bitten by a crab, hit the wildest thunderstorm, or come to stumble or spill down themselves. But the camera rolls, and you are just going to have to go with it, and that I really like.

‘Go’ tonight live – summer in Denmark’ is the first half of the broadcast, as usual – while the second half takes place out in the rest of the explains editor Henriette Ladegaard-Pedersen.

the Whole of Denmark-the map – from Gedser to Skagen – represented in the broadcasts, and the hosts put among the other road, past the island of Ærø, Fur, Bornholm, Samsø, Denmark, the Limfjord and the north of Zealand.

In each program visit the hosts a well-known cultural celebrity or a few of their selected place – it can be in the backyard, at the beach or the harbour.

– They will each show their little spot of Denmark and tell what is special there, and it is the place we take in every day – for some it is, for example, light. For others it is a good place to be with the grandchildren, says Henriette Ladegaard-Pedersen and continues:

– It is public service, for the summer of year is summer in Denmark, and now we have the chance to show the danes our country, in a way that we don’t usually show it and let the celebrities be the ambassadors for each of their selected spot in Denmark.

Lene Beier may also notice that the summer will be different this year.
