On the 24 Oktoberplein in Utrecht has a man fire, opened on a tram. The police reports that there were multiple casualties, there is also at least one dead. A spokesman confirms that the offender is able to escape. There is a manhunt going on, the public transport is shut down and the municipality asks that residents stay inside.
