Such was the judgment of a 20-year member of the Loyal to Familia, who 29. september last year, together with an unknown medgerningsmand mistook the two politiassistenter from the Copenhagen Police with rival gang members.

There was a loud sigh in the court, when the presiding judge read the verdict up, and the 20-year-old even looked up in the ceiling of byrettens court of law 60. He asked for time for reflection, with regard to appeal against the verdict.

the Court found it proven that the 20-year-old drove the scooter, which was shot four to six shots at the civilian police car while he was parked in Mjølnerparken in outer Nørrebro.

One of the officers in the court explained that the scooter stopped five feet from them, then the passenger looked directly into the car, pulled a gun and pointed at them. The officers threw themselves down in the car and heard about five shots.

One of the shots shattered the rear side window and continuing on behind the headrests close to the two police officers, before the projectile went through the right side window. A second shot hit the front left door, rikochetterede ahead and went through the windshield.

in addition to drabsforsøget on the two police officers was the 20-year-old convicted of three cases of possession of weapons and threats. Three other members of the Loyal to Familia was acquitted in the case of attempted murder against the two officers. 20-year-old Ekrem Yavuz was sentenced to five years and six months in a relationship on the possession of weapons and threats.
