The 27-year-old Said Machaouat has admitted that he was depressed over the fact that his wife had left him and therefore he did not rovmord of the person he saw, who saw the happiest out.
he explained, according to The Times in the court,

According to his own admission, he went behind the 34-year-old man and stabbed him in the throat with a knife.
He was subsequently chased in almost a month, before he finally surrendered to the authorities.

A friend to the man has stated that Said was very interested in satanism and had read many books on the subject up to the murder of the 34-year-old Stefano Leo.
