A 37-year-old Turkish man who is being hunted by police after a shoot in Utrecht, has several times in the past, been at odds with the law.

According to the media were fired by the Turkish man back in 2013, shot at an apartment complex in the Kanaleneiland district of Utrecht. The complex is located a stone’s throw away from’, where a skudangreb Monday took place.
